    Aaron was easy to communicate with, which I appreciated. However, I believe there was a mismatch in expectations. The process required repeated clarification of the same points, which unfortunately resulted in multiple sessions without a tangible outcome. While I understand these things can happen, it was disappointing given the time and cost involved.
