Good formatting for ebook and paperback. All the requested changes were completed correctly. Time of delivery could have been faster if attention to details were better, but overall I am satisfied with the service and definitely would use her again.

This was a simple straight forward copy change on a DL gate fold brochure. Copy changes were not made and I needed to send back 4 times to get the changes made that were on the orginal brief. Frustrating process.

The work overall is good, however, this formatter is vague on timing and marks her work as completed when it is not. The order was well overdue, and I had to repeat requests that she had not taken on board. I have used her services twice but my second experience will be the last. I would not have minded so much if there had been an explanation or apology.
