🦷 AI Voice Agent – (Full Automation System) As an AI Automation Expert with 7 years of industry experience, I worked with a client who needed to transform their manual communication process into a fully automated system. Their business was struggling with missed calls, slow response times, and heavy dependency on staff, which was limiting growth and impacting customer experience. 🎯 Objective The goal was to build a scalable AI voice agent system that could handle customer interactions 24/7 while maintaining a natural, human-like experience and integrating seamlessly with existing tools. ⚙️ My Approach I started with a deep analysis of the client’s workflow, identifying key bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
