LONDON VOICES • Trabajador autónomo

I had the honour of contributing to the London Turkish Speaking Theatre Festival, where my work as both a performer and writer was recognised. During this time, I performed in the theatre production “Akşama Çaya Gelecekler” and wrote the play “Kahraman Çocuklar,” which was later acknowledged by Enfield Council. This experience went far beyond the stage—it became a deep exploration of human behaviour, emotional expression, and the connection between movement, storytelling, and psychological wellbeing. Through theatre, I developed the ability to: Understand people beyond words Read emotional patterns and behaviours Use movement and expression as tools for release and healing This foundation directly shapes how I work today. My transition from being someone who was once extremely shy to confidently performing on stage and presenting in front of audiences is not just a personal achievement—it is a method I now pass on to others. Today, I integrate these skills into my coaching by helping individuals: Regulate their nervous system Express themselves confidently Break through emotional blocks and internal limitations Because real transformation doesn’t come from “fixing” yourself— it comes from understanding, expressing, and reclaiming who you truly are.
Self Development Camp Organizer

Feb 2022 - May 2023 • 1 yr 3 mos
I organised and managed a large-scale self-development retreat in Cyprus for 100 guests, working alongside a VIP self-development coach. This role required full operational oversight — from airport transfers and accommodation planning to daily schedules, catering, and curated experiences across the island. Every detail was designed to create a seamless and high-quality environment where guests could fully focus on their personal growth. I coordinated flight pick-ups, room allocations, and logistics while ensuring all workshops, excursions, and group activities ran smoothly and on time. Beyond logistics, I was responsible for maintaining the overall energy and flow of the retreat — creating a space that felt safe, structured, and supportive for transformation. This included managing teams, solving challenges in real time, and ensuring each guest felt seen, comfortable, and cared for throughout their stay. This experience strengthened my ability to lead under pressure, think strategically, and hold space for large groups in a meaningful way. It reflects my commitment to creating environments where people can step away from daily life and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
Workshop Organizer

May 2020 - Jul 2022 • 2 yrs 2 mos
I organised and led a series of art workshops for secondary school students, held in a historic old mill — a space once used for traditional food production. The setting itself became part of the experience, allowing students to physically connect with the past while reflecting on how food, health, and lifestyle have evolved over time. The workshop was designed as both an educational and creative journey. We explored the origins of food, the importance of nourishment, and how modern habits impact our physical and mental wellbeing. From this awareness, students were guided to express their understanding through art. Together, we created a collective artwork representing their perspectives on healthy living — blending ideas of nature, balance, and conscious choices. Beyond creativity, the deeper aim was to encourage reflection, teamwork, and self-expression. Students weren’t just making art; they were learning to think critically about their daily habits and how they care for themselves. This experience reflects how I integrate creativity, environment, and awareness into my work — helping individuals reconnect with themselves, their choices, and their wellbeing in a meaningful and lasting way.
