Yes I do both hand painted textures and PBR! It's all up to you what kind of texture do you want.
Are you familiar with Unreal engine workflow?
Yes I know how to properly export textures for Unreal engine.
Are you familiar with Unity engine texture workflow?

How long are you working as 3D artist?
