A support chatbot is only useful if its answers are right. I build RAG chatbots that answer from your own website, docs and tickets, show where each answer came from, and say they don't know instead of making things up.
I built a RAG chatbot builder that turns any website into a grounded support bot with an embeddable widget, and I run AI agents in production every day, so I know where these bots usually go wrong: stale content, the wrong passages retrieved, and confident guesses.

Netfusion Tech is run by me, Muhammad Haider, an AI automation engineer. I build every project myself, and I'm the one you talk to.
I build AI agents and automations that do real work: Claude and OpenAI agents that use your tools, RAG chatbots that answer from your own content, AI document extraction, and n8n workflows.
I also build and run a production AI agent platform where agents handle invoices, emails and tickets for several companies every day, with a person approving anything risky.

FAQ
Which AI model does it use?
OpenAI or Claude, on your own account. I recommend one based on your content and budget, and estimate the monthly running cost before I build.
Can it answer from PDFs and help center articles?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages cover PDFs, docs and help center content, not just website pages.
What happens when the bot does not know?
It says so instead of guessing. On the Premium package it also hands the conversation to a person by email or Slack.
How do I update the bot when my site changes?
You get a simple way to refresh its content, so new pages and docs get picked up without rebuilding the bot. I show you how it works at handover.
