FAQ
Can you fix any kind of WordPress error or bug?
Yes! I fix all types of issues — Elementor errors, layout bugs, plugin/theme conflicts, critical crashes, and more.
Why should I message you before placing an order?
It will enable us to discuss and understand the Elementor HTML CSS or other errors, bugs, and issues that you need and ask any questions and suggest the suitable package for your needs, so it is highly recommended to message before placing an order.
Will you need my WordPress or hosting login details?
Yes, I’ll need your wp-admin or hosting/cPanel access to check and fix things properly. Your info stays secure.
Will my website be Mobile Friendly?
Yes, it'll be responsive for all devices. I will Fix it.
Can you fix WooCommerce-related issues too?
Yes! I fix checkout problems, payment errors, product page bugs, and more.
My site is stuck on a white screen or down — can you help?
Definitely. That’s called the “White Screen of Death” — I’ll fix it and get everything running again.
Do you offer full maintenance or just bug fixes?
I offer both. You can get a one-time fix or full care — updates, backups, speed boosts, and more.
Do you take backups before starting?
Always! I take a full backup before any changes, so your site is safe no matter what.
What if my issue can’t be fixed?
No worries — if it can’t be fixed, I’ll give you a full refund. Simple as that.
Can I request multiple small fixes under one order?
Yes, if they’re within the package limits. For bigger tasks, I’ll guide you with a custom offer.
