What is a RAG chatbot and why do I need one ?
A RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) chatbot answers questions using your own data documents, PDFs, or databases instead of relying on generic AI knowledge. This means accurate, context-specific answers with zero hallucination. If your business has a knowledge base, RAG is the right solution.
What data formats do you support ?
I work with PDFs, Word documents, plain text files, CSVs, and website content. If you have a different format, message me before ordering and I'll confirm compatibility.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include full source code delivery. You own everything I build for you.
Can you integrate the chatbot into my existing website or app?
Yes. I build REST API backends that connect to any frontend React, Next.js, WordPress, or custom-built. Standard and Premium packages include API integration.
I'm not technical. Will I understand what you deliver?
Yes. Every delivery includes documentation explaining what was built, how to use it, and how to maintain it. You don't need to understand the code to use the product.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT ?
ChatGPT answers from general training data. A RAG chatbot answers from your specific data only. That means no made-up answers, no irrelevant responses, and full control over what the chatbot knows.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Every package includes revisions — 1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium. If you need changes beyond that, I offer additional revisions as a paid extra.
