I received my B.E degree in GeoInformatics Engineering, Masters degree in Remote Sensing & GIS from National University of Sciences & Technology, Islamabad. I am working as GIS Engineer at NDMA Pakistan, prior to this I was working at NUST. I have 8 years of experience with vast experience in conducting various IT, GIS & Remote Sensing-based training's along with working on multiple GIS based projects.     i have hired this expert for a number of projects. he did good job at the start but he gave me a 100% plagiarized solution and when i asked to reduce the plagiarism, he gave me two files with 44% and 29% plagiarism in them and then he vanished irrespective of considering my deadline. this was a worst...
