My system works with standard USB Webcams or IP Cameras (RTSP). However, for the best accuracy, I recommend a 1080p Webcam and good lighting conditions. While it runs on a CPU, a PC with an NVIDIA GPU is recommended for the smoothest real-time tracking.
2. Can the system track and recognize multiple people at once?
Yes! Powered by YOLO and DeepSORT, the system can detect, track, and verify multiple individuals simultaneously in a single frame without losing identity. It is designed to handle busy entrances or crowded areas efficiently.
3. Can I integrate this with my existing Database or HR Software?
Yes. I can connect the system directly to standard databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL instead of local files. I can also set up Google Sheets syncing. Note: For complex legacy ERPs (like SAP/Oracle), please contact me first to check feasibility.
4. Does the system require a constant internet connection?
No, the core system is Offline Ready. Face recognition, attendance logging, and "Watch Mode" work completely locally. Internet is only required if you want to send email alerts, sync data to the cloud, or use the Chatbot feature.
5. Do I need to provide a dataset for Custom Detection (e.g., Defect/PPE)?
Yes. For custom training (like manufacturing defects or PPE detection), an annotated dataset is required. If you only have raw images, I can help with annotation services for an extra fee. Please message me to discuss this before ordering.
6. Is the Source Code included in all packages?
The Standard Package includes the fully compiled, ready-to-run application (.exe). The Source Code is exclusively included in the Premium Package. If you need Docker Image creation & Cloud Server Deployment (AWS/Azure), please add the respective "Gig Extra" to your order.
7. Is my biometric data secure? Does it go to the cloud?
Your privacy is my priority. The system processes all face data locally on your machine or private server. No face embeddings are sent to third-party public APIs, ensuring data sovereignty and security.
8. Can you add an AI Chatbot to query the data?
Yes! I can integrate a RAG or Text-to-SQL Chatbot (using Llama/GPT) to answer natural questions like "Who was late today?". This feature is INCLUDED for FREE in the Premium Package. For other packages, it is available as a "Gig Extra".
9. Can you customize the Payroll logic and Reporting?
Yes. The system comes with standard payroll features, but I can program custom formulas for Overtime calculation, Shift timings, and Late fines tailored specifically to your company's HR policy.
