Send me your bank statements, invoices or other financial PDFs (text or scanned) and get back a clean Excel file you can trust.


Every order includes a Check sheet:

  • Totals and subtotals recalculated and compared with the document
  • Bank statements: every running balance verified line by line
  • Invoices: quantity x unit price checked against each amount
  • Any value that cannot be read with certainty is highlighted, never guessed


What you get

  • Excel (.xlsx), one sheet per table, numbers stored as real numbers
  • Account numbers and codes kept exactly as printed (no lost leading zeros)
  • The Check sheet listing anything that needs your attention
  • Premium: CSV ready to import into QuickBooks or Xero


Scanned pages are welcome. Your files are used only for your order and deleted after delivery.
