I'm not sure what happened to Fran, but they became unresponsive for three weeks after a month of back and forth (no work shown). The art is great as always. The animation was great and has improved. communication does suffer a tiny bit and can be improved. Fran has exceptional artistic skills. She always makes art that I'm happy with, often exceeding my expectations. Her delivery time may take longer than expected, but the work is always finished nonetheless.
