Despite my providing clear instructions before even agreeing on the cost and asking whether she could deliver the order, she completed the testing in a very poor way and approach. Although after pinpointing that the service doesn't meet the expectation, she tried to correct it in 2 minutes - that was not what was asked. Would not work again.
