Q: You don't have reviews yet. How do I know you can deliver?
That's a fair question. I don't have reviews yet, but I do have real projects in my portfolio. I'm offering lower launch pricing to reduce your risk, and I focus on earning trust through quality work.
Q: Can you build something specific to my industry or use case?
Most likely, yes. I build custom from your requirements I don't use Wix, WordPress page builders, or templates (unless you specifically want one). Send me a message with a brief description of what you need and I'll tell you if it's within scope before you order.
Q: What happens if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes a set number of revisions for work within the original scope. If you need something different from what was agreed — new features, new pages — I'll quote that separately and transparently before doing the work. No surprise charges.
Will I own all the code and rights after delivery?
Yes, fully. Once the order is complete, the source code, database schemas, and all assets belong to you. I keep no rights to the work. You'll receive everything via GitHub or a ZIP file, whichever works best for you.
Q: I'm not a developer — will I be able to follow what's happening?
Absolutely. I work with non-technical business owners regularly. I explain decisions in plain English, keep you updated at each stage, and hand over a working product with basic documentation. You don't need to read the code to know exactly what was built
Q: My project is larger than the Premium package. Can you handle it?
Send me a message and describe it. For larger projects I put together a custom scope and quote. No obligation — I just want to make sure we're aligned before any work begins
Q: How do you handle it if a project turns out to be more complex than expected?
I flag scope issues as early as possible — never at the end. If I discover the project is larger than the package covers, I'll message you with a clear explanation and an updated quote. You decide how to proceed. I won't just quietly expand the scope and charge you later
