One issue means one agreed root cause in one site or codebase. Basic reviews up to 3 routes and provides a report. Standard includes 1 fix within 2 work hours; Premium includes up to 3 within 6 hours. Larger changes require a custom offer. Contact me first to confirm fit.
What access do you need, and will you change my live site?
I work only on systems you own or are authorized to manage. Use temporary, least-privilege access and share sensitive details privately after we agree scope. I prefer staging and a verified backup. Production changes, maintenance windows and rollback plans are agreed before deployment.
Do you use AI agents, and how is my code handled?
Yes. AI agents assist investigation and proposed fixes; I review and test the changes. We agree tool and confidentiality constraints before work. I do not send credentials, production personal data or private code to external AI services without your explicit authorization.
Is this a full penetration test or a guarantee against future attacks?
This is scoped review and remediation, not a full penetration test, compliance certification or guarantee of zero vulnerabilities. Malware response, blacklist appeals, major rewrites, paid licenses and ongoing monitoring need a separate scope. Each package includes one in-scope revision.
