Will you be able to do the backend as well?
I will do only front-end work and I can make forms submissions and other simple things and i will try to do more first discuss about backend.
What if I don't have a UI design for my web pages?
Don't worry. I am also an amazing UI/UX designer. You can ask me to design an interactive UI and UX design for your website. But it will cost you additionally.
